We’ve had enough of being considered objects with neither minds nor bodies, trash to be used and then swept aside pitilessly, expelled to settle elsewhere. In 2011, and for the good of all, the World Assembly of Inhabitants will finally show that the time has come for the homeless, the badly housed and the evicted to show that they are capable of standing up in solidarity and to resist the cracking whip of neoliberalism and to create an alternative to this global force of repression.You are invited to get involved, making this the year of the success for inhabitants to take back their rightful claims, by supporting the World Assembly of Inhabitants!

Support the participation to the World Assembly of Inhabitants-World Social Forum 2011!

Soutenez la participation à l'Assemblée Mondiale des Habitants - Forum Social Mondial 2011!, DECEMBER 2010
To fund air tickets to support the participation of 6 leaders from the National Network of Inhabitants of Cameroon in the World Social Forum/World Assembly of Inhabitants in Dakar. If more than 5,000 euros is raised the surplus funds will be used to support the participation of organisations from other countries. In addition to support for development, solidarity means exchanging experiences and new initiatives!

The International Alliance of Inhabitants is a global network of associations and social movements of inhabitants, cooperatives, communities, tenants, house owners, homeless, slum dwellers, indigenous populations and people from working class neighbourhoods. The objective is the construction of another possible world starting from the achievement of the housing and city rights.
