DRONES Y CAMARAS EN LA SELVA, los miedos del Goliat al nocturno retorno
del David.
Este comunicado va también en lengua tseltal (abajito de la versión en
castellano) porque esa es la lengua de la cultura de origen de la idea y
mirada esenciales de este comunicado.
Reporte de pobladores del ejido Pichucalco, Reserva de la Biosfera Montes
Azules. “El martes 13 de agosto un avión obscuro que volaba sin ruido,
como llevado por el viento y más lento que un helicóptero, con su cabeza
como de pato y de una clase que por acá nunca habíamos visto, se vino
bajito como a las seis y media de la tarde (19:30 horas del horario de
verano) por el rumbo de Candelaria, se pasó por encima del pueblo, lento
como ya dijimos, prendiendo sus luces en un ala, luego en la cola, luego
en la otra ala y así, de a una por una y sus luces de distintos colores.
De ay se continuó por el cerro de Altamirano (río Perla) y en San Quintín
se jaló hacia Miramar (la Laguna) yéndose por el rumbo del cerro de
Galilea.”
Para denunciar el hecho y conocer qué avión fue el que nos pasó por encima
de nuestras cabezas días más tarde acudimos a compañer@s de la sociedad
civil. Ahí ellos nos mostraron una lista de imágenes con diversos tipos de
aviones. Rápido lo identificamos y los compañeros nos dieron sus
características. Se trata de un avión no tripulado (UAV) de los conocidos
como Dron, del tipo Global Hawk RQ-4 (también llamado Trion II+), empleado
por la Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos como una aeronave de vigilancia.
Lo fabrica la empresa Nortrop Grumman y es el más avanzado y reciente para
objetivos de ese tipo. Para que se aclaren más cómo se vino ese avión, les
anexamos las dos imágenes que identificamos y una mapa indicando con un
círculo gris la ruta seguida por el Dron y con un punto rojo la ubicación
de nuestro ejido Pichucalco y los Caracoles.
Pero también nos enteramos que no fuimos la única zona visitada por esos
trompudos. La fecha de este vuelo que pasó por nuestro pueblo coincide con
la reportada por los compañeros del EZLN para unos vuelos parecidos según
comandante Tacho dio a conocer en comunicado de 14 de agosto pasado donde
así lo dice: “les avisamos que los días 12, 13 de agosto de 2013, en horas
de la noche, aviones militares estuvieron haciendo sobrevuelos sobre las
zonas de los cinco caracoles zapatistas, lugares donde están impartiendo
el curso La libertad según los zapatistas”.
Nada más que en esta semejanza hay un punto en que no se coinciden los
vuelos. En la zona donde nosotros vivimos, la del perímetro rebelde (y
ahora redelde también) de la Reserva de la Biosfera Montes Azules, no hubo
cursos de La escuelita.
Pero todavía hay otro hecho más que los compañeros del poblado Benito
Juárez Miramar, que se ubica en nuestra zona, reportaron por el 6 o el 7
de agosto: el descubrimiento de cámaras fotográficas escondidas entre los
árboles.
A lo mejor el vuelo y las cámaras se tenían que ver con La escuelita o a
lo mejor que no, o tal vez con el aviso de constitución de nuestro
Movimiento Redeldía de los Montes Azules que dimos a conocer el pasado 30
de julio. O a lo mejor con todo junto que ya mirado así se le hizo tanto
al pinche gobierno que se espantó.
Hay otro dato que al estar buscando aclararnos uno de nosotros se recordó
y parece que con este sí se queda resuelto el por qué se asustó tanto el
cabrón gobierno. Hace catorce años por esas mismas fechas en que ahora
pasó lo que ya dijimos que pasó nos fuimos comisiones de toda la zona de
Montes Azules para apoyar el plantón de los compañeros del ejido vecino
Amador Hernández donde se habían llegado por tierra y por aire los
ejércitos. Y en la fecha 13 de agosto de ese 1999, del Aguascalientes de
La Realidad (hoy Caracol y Junta de Buen Gobierno) grupos de estudiantes
que participaban en un encuentro de cultura se vinieron por más de cien
hasta nuestra zona para entre todos presionar al retiro de los soldados.
Se habían llegado (los estudiantes) días antes de México y de otros países
a ese que hoy es Caracol para participar en el Encuentro Nacional en
Defensa del Patrimonio Cultural, y el mero día 12, mientras el Sup Marcos
inauguraba los trabajos, los ejércitos fue que se entraron en el Amador,
por eso al día siguiente tempranito vámonos para Amador tanto ell@s l@s
estudiantes como nosotros.
Pensamos que el Enrique Peña, a quien nosotros hemos bautizado como el TP*
porque es el Títere Peña, en los marcos de la creciente inconformidad y
movilización de los pueblos contra de su iniciativa de reforma a la
Constitución para entregar el gas y el petróleo de la nación a los
capitalistas, fue informado por sus jefes (esos de acá en México que lo
designaron a la presidencia y que hace veinte años gobernaban al país) que
por el sureste, más preciso en la Selva Lacandona, aprovechando esos
marcos de agitación nacional y que ya se acerca el 20 aniversario del
levantamiento armado del 1° de enero del 94, se estaría preparando un
nuevo frente de lucha. El instrumento, se imaginaron esos espantados
gobiernos que dicen que sólo son asesores de ese TP, serían l@s
estudiantes nacionales e internacionales a quienes, en memorias de lo
sucedido en el 1999, así pensamos que lo pensaron, se les convencería de
trasladarse a los Montes Azules para desde ese lugar y otros más iniciar
las acciones. Así pensamos que lo pensaron los políticos de hace veinte
años que ahora dirigen al TP y seguro que también así lo pensó su asesor
de seguridad, el General colombiano Oscar Naranjo Trujillo director de la
Policía Nacional de ese país hasta hace todavía un año, porque los
Generales, sobre todo los de los ejércitos latinoamericanos que sirven
como agentes de los servicios de inteligencia gringos piensan, en general,
como Generales y no como la gente del común piensa.
Por eso hay cosas, las más importantes, que el poder no puede aun con todo
su poder lograr tener como, por ejemplo, pensar como la gente,
especialmente si la gente está organizada. Lo que los pueblos preparan,
sus tiempos, sus modos y su conciencia, se nutre del tiempo que caminan,
de la tierra que habitan y de las condiciones en que viven. Mejorarles el
sueldo a los espías locales, adiestrarlos (no sólo darles indicaciones) o
cuidar que no consuman tanto alcohol podría mejorar la calidad alcohólica
de sus informes, pero aun cuando el poder se curara sus miedos que cada
tanto le recuerdan, nublando su mente, que David aún es posible, para
conocer el camino de l@s valientes y taparles el paso necesitaría contar
con un corazón parecido al de ell@s, y eso, para el poder, es imposible.
Un hecho más, ya un poco a la cola, pero que a lo mejor tuvo algo que ver
con el Dron y acaso lo tenga con las tales camaritas, fue el presentado el
viernes 16 como a las 11:00 horas y el lunes 19 de agosto como a las 13:00
horas. Un muy conocido helicóptero del gobierno del Estado (color naranja
con blanco) recorrió la zona en una ruta ligeramente distinta a la seguida
por el Dron: se fue por toda la ruta de los poblados irregulares que hay
en la Reserva de Montes Azules amenazados de desalojo. Por Candelaria se
vino con rumbo a Taniperla, avisaron así los compañeros de Pichucalco (en
el mapa anexo la ruta seguida se marca en color naranja). Normalmente de
lo que se ocupa la tripulación de esos vuelos, operadores políticos del
gobierno según que así les llaman, es ir a ofrecerles, con amenazas a la
gente, dinerito o terrenitos para que acepten salirse de esa área, aunque
lleven ya años ahí, desde antes del 94 y en la ley ambiental del país esté
escrito su derecho a quedarse.
Bueno, como que hasta ahí estas escrituras dándonos a conocer los hechos
ocurridos durante la tercera semana de agosto en nuestra región de Montes
Azules y otro poquito nuestras interpretaciones de por qué se fue el Dron
gringo sobre nuestro pueblo y también lo de las tales camaritas escondidas
entre los árboles, además del helicóptero del gobierno de Chiapas que los
días 16 y 19 se vino ya como pilón.
Por últimos. No se desesperen, en unos días más les enviaremos los
detalles de lo que hace ya un mes les avisamos que les enviaríamos: un
poco mucho más sobre qué o quiénes somos, a quiénes convocaremos, como
pensamos caminar, cuál será el tema y cuál nuestra manera.
Queden tranquilos y no olviden de guardar energías porque la noche
necesita alumbrarse por dentro de sus corazones.

DRONES AND CAMERAS IN THE JUNGLE - Goliath's fears of David's night-time return
Report of the residents of ejido Pichucalco, Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve.
Tuesday, August 13th a dark plane, with its front like a duck and of a class that we have never seen here before, flew silently, quieter than a helicopter and as if lifted on the wind, and came very low at around six thirty in the evening (5:30pm in daylight savings time) from the direction of Candelaria, went over the town, slow like we said, turning on its lights on one wing, later in back, later on the other wing and, like that, one by one all its different-colored lights. From here it continued toward the mountain of Altamirana (Perla River) and in San Quintín it turned toward Miramar (the lake) in the direction of the Galilea mountain.
To denounce the act and to know what type of plane it was that passed over our heads days later we went to our compañeros in civil society. They showed us a series of images of different types of planes. Quickly we identified the one we had seen and the compañeros told us its characteristics. It is an un-manned aerial vehicle (UAV), known as a drone, the Global Hawk RQ-4 model (also called Trion II+), used by the United States Air Force as a surveillance aircraft. Manufactured by the company Northtrup Gruman, it is the most advanced and recent model of its kind. To clarify further the plane's visit, we attach two images of this type of aircraft and a map, which indicates with a gray circle the route the drone followed, and with a red dot the location of our ejido Pichucalco.
But we also found out that we were not the only zone visited by these spying eyes. The day that this plane passed over our town coincided with when EZLN compañeros reported several similar planes, according to Comandante Tacho, and announced in a communique the 14th of August the following: “We advise you that the 12th and 13th of August, 2013, in the night-time, military planes were doing fly-overs of the zones of the five Zapatista carcoles, locations where the course Liberty According to the Zapatistas was being given.”
Aside from this similarity there is a point on which the plane incidents do not coincide. In the zone where we live, which is the rebellious perimeter of the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve, there were not courses of the Escuelita (Little School).
Furthermore there is another act that the compañeros of the settlement Benito Juárez Miramar, which is in our zone, reported the 6th or 7th of August: the discovery of two cameras hidden in the trees.
Maybe the plane and the cameras had to do with the Escuelita and maybe not, or maybe they had to do with the announcement of the creation of the Montes Azules Rebellion Movement that we made known on July 30th. Maybe with them already watching, all of this combined was enough to scare the fucking government.
In trying to find an explanation there is a fact that one of us remembered and it seems to explain further why the government was so damn scared. Fourteen years ago in the exact same dates as passed these events, from all of the Montes Azules zone we went in commissions to help the plantón (encampment or occupation) of compañeros in the neighboring ejido Amador Hernández, where the army had arrived by air and land. And on the 13th of August, 1999, groups of students who had participated in a cultural encuentro, more than a hundred of them, came from the La Realidad Aguascalientes (now a Caracol and Junta de Buen Gobierno) to our zone to pressure for the withdrawal of the soldiers. They had arrived in what today is the Caracol days earlier from Mexico City and also other countries to participate in the National Encounter in Defense of the Cultural Patrimony. This exact day of August 12th, while Sup Marcos was inaugurating the work, the military entered Amador. For this reason early the next day we went to Amador, us along with all of the students.
We think that Enrique Peña, who we have baptized as the TP because he is the Títere Peña,* in the context of the growing people's movement and mobilization against his initiative to reform the Constitution, which would deliver the nation's gas and oil to the capitalists, was informed by his bosses (those here in Mexico who designated him for the presidency and who for twenty years have governed the country) that in the south east, more specifically in the Lacandon Rainforest, taking advantage of this context of agitation nationally and with the twentieth anniversary of the armed uprising of January 1, 1994 already approaching, that people would be preparing a new front in the struggle. These frightened governments, which say they are only advisers to the TP, remembering what happened in 1999, imagined that the instrument of this new front would be the Mexican and international students coming to the rainforest in these dates for the Escuelita. This is what we think that TP's adviser-puppet masters were thinking, and what convinced them to enter Montes Azules because it will be the source of the agitation, along with other places. This is what we think the politicians, going back twenty years, who now give orders to the TP, were thinking and definitely his security adviser, the Columbian General Oscar Naranjo Trujillo, director of the National Police in his country for the past year, was also thinking this because generals, above all those from the Latin American armies who act as agents for the gringo intelligence agencies, think in general like generals, and not how the common people think.
For this reason there are things, in fact the most important things, that even with all their powers those in power can't do, for example, think like the people think, especially politically organized people. That which communities create, in their own time periods, in their ways and their consciousness, is fed by the time that they spend in the journey, by the land that they live on, and by the conditions in which they live. Increasing the pay for local spies, training them (not just pointing things out), and making sure they don't drink so much alcohol might improve the alcoholic quality of their reports but, still, even if power cures its fear that every time it will keep making the same mistakes and that a David is still possible, even if power un-clouds its mind, to really know the path of the brave and to block this path would require working from a heart similar to theirs, and this, for power, is impossible.
One thing more, to piggy-back on this, which at the least had something to do with the drone and maybe with the little cameras too. It happened Friday the 16th around 11 AM and Monday, August 19th, around 1PM. A very well-known helicopter from the state government (orange-colored with white) flew over the zone with a route slightly different from the Drone's route: it canvassed all of the irregular settlements in the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve threatened with displacement. The compañeros from Pichucalco said that it came from Candelaria going in the direction of Taniperla (in the attached map the route it followed is marked in orange). Normally the crews on these flights are political operators from the government, this is what they're known as, who go offering, with threats to the people, a little bit of money, or a little bit of land so that they will agree to leave the area, even though they already have been there for years, since before '94, and in the law they have the right to stay where they are.

*Títere means marionette. The nickname is also a double entendre for Tepezcuintle -TP-, the name in Mexico for a common animal in the jungle, known as paca in English. Tepezcuintle come into communities and eat the crops, so people hunt them to protect their crops.

DROHNEN UND KAMERAS IN DER SELVA, DIE ÄNGSTE DES GOLIAT ÜBER DIE NÄCHTLICHE RÜCKKEHR DES DAVIDS.
Bericht von Bewohnern des Ejido Pichucalco, Biosphärenreservat Montes Azules. “Am Dienstag den 13. August kam ein dunkles Flugzeug geflogen, ohne Geräusche und langsamer als ein Helicopter, so als ob es vom Wind getragen wurde. Es hatte einen Kopf wie den einer Ente und war von einer Art, die wir hier noch nie zuvor gesehen haben. Um halb sieben abends (19:30 Uhr Sommerzeit) kam es tief aus Richtung Candelaria und flog tief über das Dorf, langsam wie wir schon sagten, machte seine Lichter an einem Flügel an, dann am Schwanz, später am anderen Flügel, eins nach dem anderen in unterschiedlichen Farben. Von dort flog es weiter in Richtung der Anhöhe Altamirano (Fluß Perla) und in San Quintín bewegte es sich dann weiter Richtung Miramar (die Lagune) auf dem Weg zur Anhöhe Galilea.”
Um diesen Vorfall anzuzeigen und um zu wissen um welches Flugzeug es sich handelte, das uns direkt über den Kopf flog, wendeten wir uns ein paar Tage später an Compañeros des zivilen Verbands. Dort zeigten sie uns eine Liste mit Bildern diverser Flugzeugtypen. Schnell konnten wir jenes Flugzeug identifizieren von dem uns dann die Compañeros weitere Charakteristika gaben. Es handelt sich um ein unbemanntes Luftfahrzeug (UAV), bekannt als Drohne, des Typs Global Hawk RQ-4 (auch Trion II+ genannt), eingesetzt von der Air Force der USA zur Überwachung. Es handelt sich dabei um die neueste und fortschrittlichste Entwicklung für Objekte diesen Typs und wird Hersteller Nortrop Grumman gefertigt. Zur Erläuterung um welches Flugzeug es sich genau handelte, fügen wir die beiden Bilder auf denen wir es identifizierten konnten und eine Karte bei, in der durch einem grauen Kreis die Route des Drohns und durch einen roten Punkt die Lage unseres Ejidos Pichucalco gekennzeichnet sind.
Wir erfuhren auch, dass wir nicht die einzige Region waren, die von diese Flugrüsseln besucht worden sind. Der Zeitpunkt jenes Flugs über unser Dorf stimmt mit ähnlichen Flügen überein, über die unsere Compañeros der EZLN in einem Rundschreiben vom 14. berichten, in dem August Comandante Tacho Folgendes sagt: “wir informieren euch, dass in der Nacht vom 12 und 13. August 2013 Militärflugzeuge die Gebiete der fünf zapatistischen Caracoles überflogen haben, Orte an denen der Kurs der Freiheit (La Libertad) durch die Zapatisten erteilt wird.”
Trotz Ähnlichkeit gibt es einen Punkt, in dem die Flüge nicht zusammenpassen. Die Region des Biosphärenreservats Montes Azules, in der wir leben, befindet sich im Umland des Aufstands (rebelde), wo es keine Kurse dieser Schule. (Die Region nennt sich jetzt auch redelde).
Es gibt noch weitere Vorfälle, über die am 6. oder 7. August die Compañeros des Dorfs Benito Juárez Miramar, das sich in unserer Region befindet, berichteten: Die Entdeckung von Fotokameras, die in den Bäumen versteckt sind.
Womöglich hängen der Flug und die Kameras mit der zapatistischen Schule zusammen, oder auch nicht. Vielleicht haben sie auch mit der Bekanntmachung unserer Bewegung ‘Movimiento Redeldía de los Montes Azules’ am 30. Juli dieses Jahres zu tun. Oder möglicherweise hat alles in einem betrachtet der verdammten Regierung einen Schrecken eingejagt.
Es gibt noch eins, worauf wir auf der Suche nach einer Erklärung gestoßen sind. Einer von uns erinnerte sich an etwas, das den Anschein erweckt, als könne es erklären, warum sich die Regierung so erschrocken hat. Vor 14 Jahren, zu der gleichen Zeit wie jetzt, waren wir als Kommision in der ganzen Region Montes Azules unterwegs um die Wachposten unserer Compañeros des benachbarten Ejidos Amador Hernández zu unterstützen, wo das Militär auf Land- und Luftweg eingetroffen war. Am 13. August jenes Jahres 1999, kamen aus Aguascalientes de La Realidad (heute Caracol und Junta de Buen Gobierno) auch Gruppen von mehr als hundert Studenten, die an einem Kulturtreffen teilnahmen, in unsere Region um gemeinsam Druck auszuüben, um den Rückzug der Soldaten zu erreichen. Tage vorher kamen sie aus México und anderen Ländern angereist, um am ‘Encuentro Nacional en Defensa del Patrimonio Cultural’ (Nationales Treffen zur Verteidigung des kulturellen Erbes) teilzunehmen, das in dem heutigen Caracol stattfand. Am 12. August, während Subcomandante Marcos dort die Arbeit eröffnete, marschierte in Amador die Armee ein. Daraufhin machten sie sich genauso wie wir auf den Weg nach Amador.
Wir glauben, dass Enrique Peña, den wir TP* getauft haben, weil er die ‘Títere Peña’ (Marionette Peña) darstellt, im Rahmen der wachsenden Ablehnung und Mobilisierung der Pueblos gegen seine Initiative zur Verfassungsreform um das Gas und Öl der Nation den Kapitalisten zu übergeben, von seinen Chefs (von jenen, die ihn hier in Mexico zum Präsidenten ernannten und vor zwanzig Jahren selbst das Land regiert hatten) darüber informiert wurde, dass im Südosten, genauer gesagt in der Selva Lacandona, sowohl die nationalen Unruhen als auch der nahende 20. Jahrestag der bewaffneten Erhebung am 1. Januar 1994 genutzt werden, um eine neue Front zum Kampf vorzubereiten. Das Instrument, so dachten sich diese erschrockenen Regierungen, die behaupten nur die Berater dieses TPs zu sein, werden die nationalen und internationalen Student/Innen sein, die im Andenken an die Geschehnisse von 1999 , zu der Überzeugung gekommen sind, sich nach Montes Azules zu begeben um von dort und anderen Orten aus die Aktionen zu beginnen. So denken wir, dass die Politiker auch vor zwanzig Jahren gedacht haben, die heute den TP lenken und sicher ebenso sein Sicherheitsberater gedacht hat, der kolumbianische General Oscar Naranjo Trujillo, seit einem Jahr Direktor der Nationalen Polizei dieses Landes. Weil Generäle so denken, wie Generäle und nicht wie die normalen Leute, vorallem die der lateinamerikanischen Armeen, die als Agenten der Geheimdienste der US-Amerikaner dienen.
Deshalb gibt es Dinge, die Wichtigsten, die die Macht auch trotz ihrer Macht nicht kann, wie zum Beispiel Denken wie die Leute, besonders dann, wenn die Leute organisiert sind. Das, was die Pueblos vorbereiten, ihre Zeit, ihre Art und Weise und ihr Bewusstsein, lebt von der Zeit die sie erfahren, von der Erde die sie bewohnen und von den Bedingungen in denen sie leben. Den lokalen Spionen den Lohn zuerhöhen, sie abzurichten (nicht nur ihnen Anweisungen zu geben) oder aufzupassen, dass sie nicht zuviel Alkohol trinken, könnte die alkoholische Qualität ihrer Berichte verbessern, aber auch wenn die Macht sich von ihren Ängste befreien würde, die immer widerkehrende Erinnerung daran, dass es David noch möglich ist, den Weg der Tapferen zu erkennen und ihre nötigen Schritte mit einem Herz das den ihren gleicht zu beschützen, wird die Gedanken der Macht verdunkeln, da dies für die Macht unmöglich ist.
Noch ein Vorfall, über den wir am Ende noch berichten wollen, da er möglicherweise mit der Sache mit dem Drohn zusammenhängt, und zufälligerweise auch mit jenen Kameras. Es geschah am Freitag, den 16. August um 11:00 Uhr und am Montag, den 19. August um 13:00 Uhr. Ein sehr bekannter Helicopter, der der Landesregierung (Farbe: orange mit weiß), flog die Region in einer von der des Drohns nur leicht abweichenden Route ab: Er überflog die Route über alle irregulären Dörfer, die im Reservat Montes Azules von Vertreibung bedroht sind. Er kam über Candelaria in Richtung Taniperla, so berichteten die Compañeros aus Pichucalco (in der angehängten Karte ist die Route in orange markiert). Normalerweise beschäftigt sich die Widerwärtigkeit dieser Flüge, politische Operatoren der Regierung wie sie sich nennen, damit, den Leuten entweder zu drohen oder ihnen Geld oder Land anzubieten, damit sie akzeptieren, dieses Gebiet zu verlassen, auch wenn sie schon Jahre dort leben, schon vor 94 und laut Gesetz es ihr Recht ist, zu bleiben.
So, dieses Schreiben erzählt uns von jenen Vorfällen, die sich in der dritten Woche des August in unserer Region Montes Azules zugetragenen haben und ein wenig von unserer Interpretation, warum es sich um einen US-amerikanischen Drohn über unser Dorf handelte und auch von jenen in den Bäumen versteckten Kameras, außerdem vom Helicopter der Regierung von Chiapas, der am 16. und 19. wie ein Pylon auftauchte.
Zum Schluss. Verliert nicht die Geduld, in einigen Tagen schicken wir euch die Details, von denen wir schon vor einem Monat gesprochen haben, dass wir sie euch senden wollen: ein wenig mehr darüber was oder wer wir sind, wen wir zusammenrufen, wie wir denken weiterzugehen, was das Thema sein wird und welche unsere Art und Weise.
Bleibt ruhig und vergesst nicht Kräfte zu sparen, weil die Nacht sich in euren Herzen erleuchten muss.

DRONES ET CAMERAS DANS LA JUNGLE, la peur de Goliath du retour nocturne de David.
Rapport des habitants de l’ejido* Pichucalco, Réserve de la Biosphère Montes Azules. « Le mardi 13 aout, un avion de couleur obscure volait sans bruit, comme si le vent le portait et plus lent qu’un hélicoptère, avec l’avant comme une tête de canard. Un type d’avion encore jamais vu auparavant. Il volait assez bas à six heure trente de l’après midi (19h30 heure d’été), venant d’où est Candelaria, il survolât le village, lentement comme nous le disions, ses lumière s’allumant sur une aile puis la queue puis l’autre aile et ainsi de suite, l’une après l’autre de différente couleur. Après, l’avion suivit sa route vers la montagne de Altamirano (la rivière Perla) et à San Quintin s’en est allé vers Miramar (le laque) dans la direction de la montagne de Galilea.
Pour dénoncer cet évènement et connaître quel type d’avion nous a passé au-dessus de la tête, quelques jours plus tard, nous rencontrions des compañeros de la société civile. De là, lis nous enseignèrent une liste de photos de divers types d’avions. Facilement nous l’identifions et les compañeros nous donnèrent ses caractéristiques. Il s’agit d’un avion sans personnel embarqué (UAV) connu sous le nom de drone, type Global Hawk RQ-4 (aussi appelé Trion II+), utilisé par la force aérienne des Etats Unis comme aéronef de vigilance. Il sort de l’entreprise Nort Grumman et serait le modèle le plus avancé et le plus récent pour des objectifs de ce type. Pour préciser plus en détails cette affaire, nous joignons les deux images que nous avons identifié et une carte indiquant par un cercle gris la route suivie par le drone et par un point rouge le lieu de notre ejido Pichucalco.
Aussi nous apprenons que nous ne sommes pas la seule zone survolée par ces espèces de canards. La date à laquelle ce vol passât au-dessus de notre village coïncide à celle rapportée par les compañeros de l’EZLN qui furent survolés de la même façon, selon le commandant Tacho dans un communiqué du 14 aout dernier : « nous vous avisons que durant le 12 et le 13 aout 2013, aux heures de la nuit, des avions militaires survolèrent la zone des cinq caracoles zapatistes, endroits où étaient organisés des classes de l’escuelita(littéralement petite école, un projet éducatif zapatiste) intitulées la liberté selon les zapatiste ».
Seulement un point qui ne coïncide pas avec les vols. Dans la zone où nous vivons, celle du périmètre rebelle (et « redelde » aussi, jeu de mot rebelde/ redelde, red signifie réseau ; dans le texte en espagnol) de la Réserve de la biosphère des Montes Azules, il n’y a pas eu de classes de l’escuelita zapatiste ;
Mais toujours est-il d’un autre fait que les compañeros du village Benito Juàrez Miramar, qui se trouve dans notre zone, ont reporté le 6 et 7 août : la découverte de caméras photographiques cachées dans les arbres.
Peut-être que les survols et les caméras ont un rapport avec le projet de l’escuelita des zapatistes, ou non. Ou peut-être y aurait-il un rapport avec l'annonce de la création de notre mouvement Redeldia de los montes azules, le 30 juillet dernier. Ou sinon, avoir les deux ensemble(la escuelita et le mouvement redeldia), ça lui a fait beaucoup d'un coup a ce foutu gouvernement qu'il a prit peur.
Un autre point, en voulant éclaircir cette affaire, un de nous se rappelle de quelque chose qui pourrait expliquer le pourquoi du comment de cette peur de ce maudit gouvernement. Il y a quatorze ans, à la même date des événement déjà décris, nous étions une commission de toute la région Montes Azules pour soutenir le campement de manifestants des compañeros de l' ejido voisin Amador Hernandez où étaient arrivés l'armée, par voies aérienne et terrestre. Et à la date du 13 août 1999, à l'Aguascalientes de la realidad (aujourd'hui Caracol y junta de buen gobierno), des groupes d'étudiants qui participaient à une rencontre pour la culture, arrivèrent à plus de cent dans cette zone pour qu'entre tous, nous fassions pression pour que se retirent les soldats. Les gens étaient arrivés quelques jours avant de la ville de Mexico et d'autre pays, ici, aujourd'hui Caracol, pour participer à la rencontre pour la défense du patrimoine culturel, et justement le jour du 12, pendant que le Sub Marcos inaugurait l' événement, c'est à ce moment que l'armée entrée à l'ejido Amador, c'est pour ça qu'au jour suivant nous étions tous venu soutenir Amador aussi bien les étudiants que nous autres.
Nous pensons que le président Enrique Peña - que nous avons baptisé TP* parce que Titere (marionnette) Peña- dans le cadre du croissant mécontentement et de la mobilisation des peuples contre son initiative de réforme de la Constitution pour livrer le gaz et le pétrole de la nation aux capitalistes , a été informé par ses patrons (les mêmes qui gouvernaient le pays il y a vingt ans, le désignèrent comme président à Mexico) que vers le sud-est, précisément dans la jungle Lacandone, profitant de ce contexte d'agitation national et s'approchant le vingtième anniversaire du soulèvement armé du premier janvier 1994, il pourrait s'y préparer un nouveau front de lutte.
L'instrument, s'imaginent ces horribles gouvernements qui se disent seulement assesseurs du TP, pourrait être les étudiants nationaux et internationaux à qui, en mémoire des événements de 1999 (ainsi nous pensons qu'ils le pensent ces assesseurs du TP) seraient amenés à se convaincre d’accourir aux Montes Azules pour initier les actions depuis ce lieu et d'autres. Ainsi nous pensons qu'ils pensèrent les politiciens d'il y a vingt ans qui aujourd'hui dirigent le TP. Et aussi sûr que ça, son assesseur de sécurité le pensa, le général colombien Oscar Naranjo Trujillo directeur de la police nationale de ce pays jusqu'à il y a un ans, parce que les générales, surtout ceux des armées latino-américaine qui servent comme agents des services secrets étasuniens ; le pensent, en général, comme des généraux et non pas comme le commun des mortels pense.
C'est pour ces choses-là, les plus importantes, que le pouvoir ne peut pas bien qu'avec tout son pouvoir, par exemple, penser comme les gens. En particulier si les gens sont organisés. Ce que les peuples préparent, leurs rythmes, leurs manières et leur conscience, se nourri du temps parcouru, de la terre qu'ils habitent et des conditions dans lesquelles ils vivent. Augmenter la solde des espions locaux, les entrainer (pas seulement leur donner des ordres) ou encore faire attention qu'ils n'ingurgitent pas trop d'alcool pourrait améliorer la qualité de leurs alcooliques compte-rendu. Malgré tout, le pouvoir pourra toujours oublier ses peurs qui reviennent sans arrêts, en voilant son esprit, si bien que pour David ou nos valeureux compañeros, pour connaitre leur chemin et le leur barrer, il faudra compter avec un cœur égale a eu, et ça pour le pouvoir, c’est impossible.
En plus, un peu à la suite, mais peut-être qui a un rapport avec le drone ou encore avec ces petites caméras. Le vendredi 16 août vers 11h00 et le lundi 19 août vers 13h00, l'hélicoptère orange et blanc du gouvernement de l'état du Chiapas(le Mexique est une république fédérale) survola la zone emprunta casi la même route que le drone: sa route passait au-dessus de tous les villages en situation irrégulière menacés d'expulsion, se trouvant dans la réserve des Montes Azules. Il vint de Candelaria en direction de Taniperla, confirmèrent les compañeros de Pichucalco (sur la carte annexée , la route suivante est repérée en orange).Normalement, ceux qui voyagent ainsi, opérateur politique du gouvernement selon comment ils s'appellent, s'occupent d'aller offrir, menaçant les gens, un peu d'argent ou de petits terrains pour qu'ils acceptent de sortir de cette zone, bien que ces habitants y vivent depuis des années, même avant 94, et dans la loi, il est dit que c'est dans leur droit d'y rester.
Bon, maintenant que cette rédaction nous amène a connaître les faits survenus durant la troisième semaine d'août dans notre région des Montes Azules et aussi en parti notre interprétation de pourquoi survola le drone « green go » au-dessus de nos têtes et aussi des petites caméras cachées dans les arbres. En plus de l'hélicoptère du gouvernement du chiapas le 16 et 19 août pour surenchérir.
Enfin, ne vous désespérez pas, dans quelques jours, nous vous enverrons les détails de ce que nous avons envoyé il y a un moi: un peu plus sur qui nous sommes, a qui nous allons convoquer, comment pensons-nous avancer, ce que sera le sujet et la manière.
Soyez tranquille et n'oubliez pas de garder de l'énergie parce que la nuit a besoin de s'éclairer au fond de vos cœurs.
